Dr. Desiree’ Knoch is a behavioral scientist and certified mindfulness facilitator who weaves together behavioral and neuroscientific research with traditional mindfulness practices to create innovative solutions for holistic well-being. As a former software engineer, her unique journey blends a strong technical background with deep insights from scientific research and mindfulness practices. Dr. Knoch is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and as a Neuroscience-Based Mindfulness Facilitator. When she's not immersed in sharing these transformative tools with others, she enjoys exploring the world with her family or relaxing with her three dogs in the comfort of her North Dallas home.
